1. a person who is in Malaysia as a representative or assistant representative of any bank incorporated outside Malaysia and which does not have a license to carry on banking business in Malaysia.
2. an Ordinary Member who ceases to continue employment with a financial institutions but who wishes to continue to remain a member of the Association
3. a person falling outside the categories detailed in (b) of Ordinary Membership

An Honorary Member is one :

1. who, in the opinion of the Committee, has rendered valuable service to the Association or who is acknowledged
   as having contributed to the development of the financial market in Malaysia.
2. who has been invited by the Committee to be an Honorary Member and who has accepted the invitation.
