Every application for admission as a Provisional Member, Ordinary Member, International Member or an Associate Member shall be made on the prescribed application form. The duly completed form shall bear the signatures of two (2) Ordinary Members or International Members, nominating the applicant and accompanied by the entrance fees and the appropriate subscription payable (as described in the Constitution of PPKM) and forwarded to the Honorary Secretary who shall present the application for consideration by the Committee as soon as possible.

The Committee shall accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof and there shall be
no right of appeal against the decision of the Committee.

In the event that an application is rejected by the Committee, the application form and all moneys paid shall be
returned to the applicant.

The date of approval by the Committee shall be deemed to be the date on which the applicant was admitted as a
Provisional / Ordinary / International / Associate Member of the Association
