ENTRANCE FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (Continued)

Honorary Members shall not be required to pay any subscription

The subscriptions shall be due and payable on the 1st day of January of each year.

Subscriptions shall be payable on an annual basis irrespective of when a person is admitted as a Provisional
Member, Ordinary Member or an Associate Member.

In the event of a change in the classification of the status of any member, the member shall not receive any
credit for any unexpired portion of the subscription he had paid while holding the previous classification of
membership.

The amount of entrance fees and subscription payable by all categories of Members shall be varied by
members at a General Meeting and such changes shall take effect upon its approval by the Registrar of
Societies.
